10 Times Square

10 Times Square (aka 1441 Broadway) is a 34-story, 575,000-square-foot commercial office building situated on the southwest corner of Broadway and West 41st Street.

Designed by Bachman & Kahn, the building was completed in 1930 and originally known as the “Bricken Textile Building”. The building has numerous setbacks and floor sizes range from 22,00sf in the base to 5,500sf in the high-rise. In 2018, a major lobby renovation was completed featuring elements of the old building mended with new age materials including state of the art video and sound elements that bring art and commerce together in a unique setting. The renovation also created a new “glass box” retail offering which features nearly 46,000 square feet of prime retail space comprising the first, second, and lower level of the building with notably high ceiling heights at each level. Major tenants include: One Jeanswear Group, Inc., Times Square Suites, and Champs/Footlocker.
